PRODUCTION

The  Colli di Conegliano Rosso D.O.C.G. has a distinct character and is released for consumption only after at least two years of aging, of which six months in wood barrels and three months of aging in bottles (36 months with 12 months in wood for the Reserve version).
Aging in wood may even at times be extended to 18/24 months or longer.
