LANDS

The production area of the Colli di Conegliano Name wines comprises all or part of the area of twenty municipalities of the high Treviso hills: Conegliano, Susegana, Pieve di Soligo, Farra di Soligo, Refrontolo, san Pietro di Feletto, Miane, Follina, Cison di Valmarino, Revine Lago, Tarzo, Vittorio Veneto, Fregona, Sarmede, Cappella Maggiore, Cordignano, Colle Umberto, San Fior, San Vendemmiano and Vidor.

This territory has always been a place of research and production of important wines: the reference is here for those wines that, while different from each other, have been grouped together with Ministerial Decree of 3 August 1993, under the same Colli di Conegliano Denomination of Controlled Origin: Bianco, Rosso, Refrontolo Passito, Torchiato di Fregona.

For all of the wines produced with this denomination, care is utmost in the vineyard: the choice of more fertile land, the high density of the plant, concentrated forms of cultivation of the vineyards and the modest yields of grapes per vine.
